Division II NCAA Bylaw 16.6.1.5 states that a member institution may provide complimentary admissions to friends and relatives of a student-athlete to attend an institutional awards banquet where the student-athlete will be honored. Division III NCAA Bylaw 16.6.1.4 states that an institution may provide complimentary admissions to all relatives or individuals of a comparable relationship of a student-athlete who wish to attend an institutional awards banquet at which the student-athlete will be honored.
