A football student-athlete at Ocean State University (OSU) would like to buy two tickets to Saturday’s Men’s Basketball game for his parents.  The game is sold out, but OSU has a few tickets set aside for donors.  Can OSU sell any of those tickets to the football student-athlete?

No, unless members of the general student body are permitted to purchase the tickets.

Does the answer remain the same if the football student-athlete was enrolled at James River Institute or Country Roads College?

Yes.
