Two Industry Leaders Join Front Rush
Front Rush, the leading provider of recruiting and athletic management software for college coaches, has added two new members to its team. Jodi Murphy has joined the Front Rush team as Director of Elite Sales, and Mike Thrower has been hired as Director of Coach Product.
Combined, Murphy and Thrower have more than 40 years of experience in elite athletics. They bring expertise that will give Front Rush a distinct edge in delivering the best coach and compliance solutions for athletic departments.

Murphy’s extensive experience in collegiate athletics began with CyberSports, the first company to bring automation to the college recruiting process. After gaining experience on campus at Arizona State, she spent almost seven years leading coach and recruiting sales at JumpForward.
“Front Rush has dominated segments of the market for years, and will continue to innovate for all of their longtime customers,” Murphy said.
Like Murphy, Mike Thrower has a knack for understanding coaches’ recruiting needs. Thrower founded Overtime Software in 2011, where he built customizable recruiting software for Division I athletic programs. His products have been used by top football teams including LSU, Oregon, Georgia, Tennessee and Northwestern.
“It’s going to be fun to have the resources to develop things I’ve been wanting to innovate on for years,” Thrower said. “We’re going to build next-gen tools that will change college athletics forever.”
